At bzyoo, we use design to do better for you and your loved ones. We believe in great design should also be made with good quality. All of our items are made with high quality material that is BPA free, toxin-free and odor-free for health safety.

Our products are designed for beauty and durability, using high-quality stainless steel, melamine, ceramic, glass, and plastic. These food-safe components ensure that you get elegant designs that complement every meal without compromising excellent construction.

All of our drinkware have been constructed with BPA-free materials, while the containers are made of silicone, durable and a BPA-free plastic or SAN (nontoxic and resistant to high temperatures). Byzoo dinnerware is made of melamine, the highest quality of food-safe plastic on the market.

Our dinnerware collection features a wide variety of themes, each with distinct colorways and patterns representing a different Alfresco living style. The range of designs ensures that each part can be mixed and matched within a single theme, creating a harmonious whole to any themed dining room.

The drinkware collection features different drinkware styles, from thermal mugs to thermal bottles, in various sizes for different needs. Each one has varying properties, suitable for hot or cold drinks, with a leakproof design so you can carry them on the go.

The different theme patterns also work well with any of Byzoo’s other collections. There’s a perfect pattern and colorway for every personality.

At bzyoo, we take great pride with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can help. All of our items are eligible for return within 14days of delivery date for a refund of the merchandise value. For merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. No return or refund will be accepted after 14 days.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the RMA issue date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, [please email customer service at cs@bzyoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,] place the item securely in its original packaging.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service at cs@bzyoo.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, Please contact bzyoo customer service email cs@bzyoo.com with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your to the original form of payment account within 7 to 10 business days.

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Allbzyoo.comorders will be refunded in USD in the method of payment used at the time of purchase, and converted at the exchange rate selected by your issuing bank. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
